• PackagingDesign,3DModellingandPrototypemaking
  To give the best packaging solution to the products, our packaging design depatment works accurately to have innovative results. With our computerized controlled cutting plotter we make prototypes and present to our customers admiration and confirmation.
• Assembling&CTP
  After graphic design we’ve now increased our production process through using Computer to Plate technology. It gives us an advantage of higher quality and faster delivery to our customers. And with the CIP4 system, CTP can communicate with our Printing machineries online for color setups.
• ConventionalandUVPrinting
  Our offset presses up to 6 colors plus coating unit with long delivery is equipped with most recent technological improvements such as computerized controls, automatic change of printing plate, automatic preparation for printing. And with our online UV curing system, we offer a very high valued printing service. And paper is not enough, printing on different materials like PVC, PET, PP is possible.
• QualityControl
  To reach the best qualified result a good quality control has being done at all processes espacially at printing process. We measure color values, densities with our latest technology spectrophotometer and recording to our archieves for repeat orders. Also we check our printings under our light cabins to check the result with different light sources.

Post –Press

• Die-Cutting
  Machinery of most recent technology for sheet die-cutting, performs also in-line embossing and stripping operations.
• HotFoil-HologramStampingandEmboss-Deboss
  High quality results are obtained using hot foil stamping on any kind of paper and cardboard products. We have also capability to make security hologram printing. Embossing together with foiling is also possible at one process. At embossing we can apply multi level depth.
• UV,DispersionVarnishing
  UV Lacquer, Dispersion Lacquer and Varnishing is made according to job’s specification. We can also make this process inline at our printing machineries.
• FilmLamination
  We laminate many kind of films like OPP, PET, holographic lens etc. with our brand new fully automated water based sheet to sheet laminator.
• Corrugating
  We combine high quality offset printed sheets with F/E/B/C fluting. Double face corrugation is also possible.
• SpecialEffectApplications
  Many different special effects can be applied with offset or screen printing according to your need.
• WindowPatching
  With our latest technology and equipped machinery we patch PVC, PET, OPP materials on the boxes very fast and accurately. Also we have a capability for pick and placing system, that means we can aslo patch pre-cutted and creased materials as well.
• FoldingandGluing
  This process is the most important process for the cartons. Because converting finishes in here. We can make gluing up to 6 points and we can glue very different and difficult models. Coldmelt, Hotmelt or PURmelt system gluing can be used according to the job.

• Shipping
  Lastly, products, that are ready to dispatch, are getting in to quality inspection and then is being safely shipped by the fastest way. We work with many good logistic companies to achieve safe transportation and on time deliveries.
